Our Commitment

Transform Creatively is committed to making ILM Fusion accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that every educator, parent, and student—regardless of ability—should be able to use our platform to connect academic knowledge with Islamic wisdom.

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our platform and strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Accessibility Features

ILM Fusion includes the following accessibility features:

Navigation and Structure

• Consistent navigation throughout the platform
• Clear page headings and structure
• Descriptive link text that makes sense out of context
• Logical reading order for screen readers
• Skip navigation links for keyboard users

Visual Design

• Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
• Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality
• Content does not rely on color alone to convey information
• Focus indicators visible when navigating with a keyboard
• Clear visual hierarchy using the purple and gold color scheme

Keyboard Access

• All interactive elements can be accessed using a keyboard
• No keyboard traps that prevent users from navigating away
• Logical tab order through page elements
• Form controls and buttons are keyboard accessible

Forms and Inputs

• Form fields have clear labels
• Error messages identify the problem and suggest solutions
• Required fields are clearly marked
• Input validation messages are announced to screen readers

Content

• Plain language used whenever possible
• Arabic text and transliteration provided for Islamic terms where appropriate
• Important information is not conveyed through images alone
• Links open in the same window unless otherwise indicated
• PDF exports include text content that can be read by assistive technology

Known Limitations

We are continuously working to improve accessibility. Currently, we are aware of the following limitations:

• Some AI-generated content may need manual review for optimal screen reader compatibility
• Complex lesson plan layouts may be challenging to navigate with some assistive technologies
• Some PDF exports may have limited accessibility features
• Arabic script in some generated content may not render optimally in all screen readers

We are actively working to address these issues.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

ILM Fusion is designed to work with common assistive technologies, including:

• Screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver)
• Screen magnification software
• Speech recognition software
• Keyboard-only navigation
• High contrast mode and custom color schemes
